The pioneer camp «Forest» has not received guests for a long time. Strange things happened here once: first, a crucified seagull was found, then mysterious bonfires began to appear in the forest at night, and finally, counselors and children started to disappear... Only the boys were found - intoxicated with poison, near a cave about which terrible legends circulated. The camp was closed forever.

Twelve years later, a group of tourists stumbles into «Forest»: seven boys and two instructors. They find a diary containing terrifying events from the past. At first, these stories seem like children's horror tales, but soon it becomes clear: something is wrong with the camp.

The group decides to leave as soon as possible, but... it's too late. Twelve years ago, nine people disappeared from the camp: two adults and seven children. Is history about to repeat itself?

The pioneer camp «Satellite» is located by the Chýdnoe Lake, where, according to legend, treasure is hidden on a floating island, and spirits of the lower world inhabit the forest.

From the very first days, the boys of the third shift feel uneasy: drowned people seem to appear in the lake, and the «alive» trees prevent them from leaving the forest.

At night, the boys from the first squad secretly sneak out to the lake. There one of them swears a blood oath to earn the friendship of the squad leader. After that... he begins to behave like a completely different person - transforming from a weakling and coward into a bold and self-confident braggart.

And in the morning, a lifeless body of a counselor is found in the camp...

On the eve of the New Year, the students of the boarding school go to the recreation base «River Dawn». It is said that thirty years ago a pioneer camp disappeared without a trace in this place, and since then, the ghosts of pioneers have roamed in the fog.

Inspired by the legend, the boys play harmless pranks and then create a special secret squad. Over time, their childish antics transform into dangerous games on the brink of life and death.

But when a heavy snowfall causes a power outage at the base, the winter camp becomes cut off from the outside world. And the trap snaps shut: staff members and accompanying adults begin to go missing...
