The remnants of the Nation are storming the city of the Hypostases of the Deity, while the islanders and Sadina are trying to save Alexandra, who claims that only she is the key to humanity's survival.
Meanwhile, Old Frypan, with a handful of companions, meets mysterious strangers who apparently hold the keys to the secrets of the past and can tell something interesting about the Cure.
Independently of one another, the two divided groups of descendants of the gladers must risk their lives and the safety of their loved ones to bravely look the truth in the face... or allow it to disappear forever into the dark ruins of the Labyrinth.
