Physicist Semyon Setkin has always dreamed of adventures that could lighten the grayness of everyday life. But as a result of a failed experiment with a quantum teleporter, the dream turns into a nightmare: his doubles spread across the city and do things that the real Setkin couldn’t even imagine. To stop the chaos, Setkin must untangle a web of intrigue at his native research institute, track down a mysterious serial killer, and even battle a mad AI.
