The Station of Reckoning

1975. A train is preparing to depart from Yaroslavsky Station, attached to which is a postal car with valuable international packages. Four postal workers accompany the cargo, among them a newcomer – Lenya Sedykh. Suddenly, demobilized soldiers approach the train's foreman asking to be taken as passengers: they have spent all their money and can't buy tickets. The foreman agrees to help the soldiers... At the next station, the police are urgently called to the train. The arriving officers witnessed something that shocked them with its brutality: the car was looted, and the postal workers were killed. Severely wounded, Lenya managed to pass a strange message to the investigator, which became the only lead in this bloody case…
