Ballad of Mulan

When Mulan learned that her elderly father had received an order to fight in the war, she became very upset and, wanting to save her father from trouble, decided to join the army in his place.

This is a beautiful narrative about a strong and brave woman-warrior, inspired by a Chinese ballad of the 12th century.
