Akathists for Every Day of the Week (black)

The publication includes akathists distributed by the days of the week, according to the church tradition of the prayer circle.

The texts are selected for daily home reading and reflect the theological content of each day of the week: the Resurrection of Christ, the veneration of Archangels and the Guardian Angel, the memory of the holy servants of God, prayerful addresses to the Lord, the Most Holy Theotokos, the Honorable Cross, and to the saints.

The book contains a common introductory and concluding section, necessary prayers, the Creed, as well as akathists traditionally read on specific days of the church week. 

The texts are provided in full, in the accepted church edition.

The publication is intended for laypeople who lead a regular prayer life and can be used both in home rules and for cell reading.
