The Bible – the book of books, the main book for any Christian. And, of course, it should be in every home and read daily. The Bible consists of books from the Old and New Testaments, and the core of all biblical books is the Gospel.

The publishing house "Blagovest" presents to your attention the Bible published in Russian in the classic Synodal translation. It is published in an optimal format for use, printed on high-quality white paper, and provided with indices of Old Testament, Gospel, and Apostolic readings according to the church calendar. All texts in the Bible are accompanied by parallel references – these are themes and sayings that coincide word for word or resonate with other places in the Holy Scriptures.

All books of the New Testament, except for the Apocalypse, have church headings in the margins, that is, excerpts read during services in the church throughout the year. To illustrate some places from sacred history, the publication is complemented with engravings by G. Dore and Yu. Karol'sfeld.

The edition includes non-canonical books of the Old Testament. The text of the Holy Scriptures is presented in full, without abbreviations.
