This small book is written as a practical guide to help those who wish to understand the problem of unforgiveness. Its author is the wife of a priest, a lecturer at the Almaty Spiritual Seminary, a family consultant, and a mother of many children. The book may be useful for those who are tormented by resentment, as well as for those who want to help others experience the joy of forgiveness.
