Invisible Warfare

Every Orthodox Christian, in the sacrament of holy Baptism, renounces the devil and all his works. But then, due to our own weakness and the constant attacks by the enemies of our salvation, we sin. The book "Invisible Warfare," created by the Athonite ascetic Saint Nicodemus the Hagiorite and translated from Greek by Saint Theophan the Recluse, teaches "how to overcome your invisible enemies, in order to acquire the treasures of true and divine virtues, and for that, to receive an incorruptible crown and eternal pledge, which is the union with God both in this world and in the next".
