Nia Melisende, an agent of the Tower of Avalon, could not have imagined even in her worst nightmares that she would become the chosen one of her greatest enemy, the fairy prince Talan. But that is exactly what happened when she traveled through the ancient portal to the fairy kingdom of Bruselian to save her beloved, Raphael. Sometimes fate has a twisted sense of humor…

Under the perfect legend, Nia infiltrates the palace and quickly gains Talan's trust. Soon he notices her gift of controlling other people's minds – and offers her to serve him disguised as his favorite. The Tower of Avalon also sees this as a good idea – and a great opportunity to reach the prince and his father Oberon. Nia becomes a double agent and uncovers Talan's horrific plan: to overthrow his father and then destroy all humanity.

Nia needs to outplay the prince and warn her own – otherwise her head will end up on the block, and humanity will perish at Talan's hands. The mission becomes even more dangerous when she realizes: the prince is not just playing with her, he is truly obsessed with her…
