To avoid drawing unnecessary attention to this story, the profiler is sent far from Seoul — to Jindo Island in the Yellow Sea.
On this island, known for its carefully protected shamanistic traditions, three women have sequentially disappeared. They were kidnapped, and the police received a letter from the kidnapper full of strange phrases that are completely unclear how to interpret. The local investigators are at a standstill, so they needed the profiler's help. Song-ho begins to apply his methods. But something unexpected happens.
