The textbook covers issues of physiological and pathological course of pregnancy and childbirth, etiology, pathogenesis, clinic, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of gynecological diseases in accordance with educational standards. It provides algorithms for emergency care in critical conditions, as well as algorithms for performing manipulations. It presents basic care schemes for mothers and newborns.
