Moon Valley

Beginning of the 20th century. Saxon and Bill Roberts live in Oakland, California. Their happiness is overshadowed by hardships: strikes, need, the cruelty of an industrial city, and the loss of a child. The couple decides to leave the city and embark on a search for land to farm — their own corner of happiness. They wander for about two years, meeting different people along the way and overcoming challenges. Dreams of «Moon Valley» — an ideal place with spacious meadows, tall trees, and fertile land — long seemed unattainable, but ultimately they manage to find just such land. In their new life, they find peace, happiness, and hope for a better future.
