Color Therapy

As early as ancient times, people noticed that certain colors influence a person's mental and physical state. At different periods in life, a person develops a preference for specific colors in clothing, interior design, and so on. This phenomenon is explained by the fact that people subconsciously tend to gravitate towards tones that correspond to their mood, help recharge their energy, and relieve various ailments. This observation eventually led to the development of a science known as Color Therapy (or Chromotherapy), which involves the use of differently colored light on individuals for the purpose of healing. Our nerve cells are born with a "healthy" vibration of a certain wavelength. Under various pathological conditions, the cell's vibration changes.

In color therapy, through the principle of resonance, healthy vibrations are imposed on the cells. By their nature, nerve cells are capable of absorbing and accumulating the missing colors while repelling excessive colors. 

This is the mechanism of the healing effect of color.
