The book "Rejoice and Be Rejoiced" is a collection of unusual texts. In those years when it was almost impossible to obtain spiritual books in Russia, Archimandrite Ioann (Krestyankin) would distribute these typed sheets to his spiritual children for comfort and encouragement. Although Father Ioann was not always the author of these reflections and teachings, they are undoubtedly an integral part of his spiritual experience. There were many such sheets of various content.
