In the unofficial capital of cyber technologies, the heads of corporations and black market implant sellers coexist with politicians and wanderers, scientists and underground surgeons ready to turn a person into a nightmarish creature. Here, skyscrapers surrounded by advertising holograms stand alongside filthy slums, and in the shadow of a masterpiece of architecture, a mutilated cyborg lurks, out hunting. But the most important thing is that no one can be trusted here.

Private detective Gleb Pyoestelberger is tasked with following the unfaithful husband of a wealthy client. However, this ordinary case turns into a series of murders, in which the detective becomes the main suspect.
