The Killer Returns Twice

Lieutenant Colonel of the capital police Anna Sterkhova arrived on a business trip to investigate archival cases that were left unsolved at the time. Immediately, a local resident, Elena Vasilyevna Kolodyazhnyaya, approached her — she asked for special attention to be paid to the case of her mother's murder. It happened more than thirty years ago right before Kolodyazhnyaya's eyes when she was only ten.
