Game objective:
To showcase your talents and convince the employer that you are the ideal candidate for an unusual vacancy. The main thing is to role-play a certain situation and use personal skills.

Game flow:
1. Job presentations
The host opens 3 profession cards, invents and explains what this project is about and what specialists are needed.

2. Situations
Each applicant takes one situation card — this is their mood or state in which they must go through the interview.

3. Interview
Players take turns:
3.1 Announcing what profession they are applying for.
3.2 For 1 minute, role-play the candidate's speech, explaining why they should be hired:
— use at least 3 skill cards and explain how they
will be useful;
— immerse into the mood from the situation card (through
behavior or intonations, but not words).

4. Hiring
Based on the interviews, the employer makes a decision about hiring, that is, selects the candidate who will receive the offer.

The host chooses one player who is most suitable for each position (or may choose no one). The winner takes the profession card — this is their «earned job».
Those who did not get a job, the host says: «We will call you back».

5. Preparation for a new round
— Each player draws skill cards so that they have 4 cards.
— Used cards are discarded.
— The new host becomes the player sitting to the left of the host from the previous round.
— The game continues for as many rounds as there are players participating in the game.

Game conclusion:
After the last round, the player with the most professions wins.
