Board Game - Wheel of Intoxication

Spin, spin, I want to tangle! It's time for unrestrained fun! 

Game #1. Wheel of Intoxication

Take the roulette and spin the wheel until someone says «stop». Read the question aloud; everyone present must point to the person to whom the statement fits best, but you cannot point to yourself. The person most pointed at is the lucky one and must drink for their merits. The one who spun the wheel reads the task for themselves (it is written in a small window) and performs it with everyone's approval.

Game #2. Bullseye

Throw a coin, but not just like that, it should bounce - the coin must bounce off the table and land on the game board. Your task is to hit the target. If you succeed - choose who from the company will fulfill your wish. And if you don't succeed - do what is written on the field where the coin landed.
