New Year's Eve 1920, January Moscow, festivities, gifts — and a dead Snow Maiden in the square under the Christmas tree. A perfectly planned murder: no evidence, no witnesses. A young detective takes on his first case — along with a spirited young lady from a noble family. Perhaps they should join forces, because who knows where their search for the killer will lead? After all, one victim is clearly not enough.
