Law student Vika goes for an internship at the Investigative Committee. When the despotic investigator Gorelov calls the girl to a remote forest in the middle of the night, her life turns into a nightmare. The body of the assistant prosecutor is found, and in the victim's mouth is a mysterious note addressed to Gorelov himself: «In memory of your mistakes. Shall we play one more time, Byltir?» What starts as a routine murder investigation turns into a grim game with death.
