In favorites, Yulia Khomenko, a graduate of the famous poetic studio of Kirill Kovalji, included poems from seven collections (from 1995 to 2024).

Perhaps, Khomenko is the main "balloonist" of contemporary Russian poetry. "Air Balloons," "Eighth Sky," "Cloud in the Palm," "Sky in Feathers," "Flight Field" — these are the titles of several collections. It may seem to the reader that they are invited to "float in the clouds," but this is a mistaken expectation. Each cloud is tethered to the ground by a harsh thread of common sense, which creates an unpredictable, voluminous, cohesive, detailed picture of the author's poetic world.
