Under the Crimson Skies

Pino Lella, a young Italian, like any person his age, loves music, girls, and himself. Everything would have gone according to the normal laws of life if the war had not invaded the world. The house in Milan, where Pino... lives with his parents, turns into ruins during a bombing. The young man gets involved with the underground. While helping Jewish families escape from the swastika through the Alps, Pino meets Anna, his love. But the paths of war are inscrutable — to save himself from death, the young man joins the German army, and fate places him behind the wheel of Hans Leyers' personal car.
 
From that moment on, Pino lives between two poles — love for Anna and hatred for the soulless force known as fascism.
