The basis of this book is the tales related to the now non-existent village of Osinovo and its inhabitants, whom people in the area believed to be powerful witches and wizards capable of performing miracles, although these miracles could not be called good.

Is it true that there were unique cults and traditions in the village of Osinovo? Or are these stories mere fabrications born decades later through the retelling of mysterious tales?
