The Garden of Wonders and the Magical Harp

Twenty-eight-year-old Lavanda Fitch lives in a small Canadian town and, after the death of her parents, barely makes ends meet. The girl makes a living by growing flowers and selling bouquets and boutonnières at the train station. But one day, a strange couple gets off the train — the famous medium Allegra Traut has arrived for a public demonstration of her spiritual abilities, accompanied by her assistant Robert. The fortune-teller bestows attention on everyone, but looks unfavorably at Lavanda, although her companion, on the contrary, actively courts the girl.

How will the new acquaintances affect Lavanda's fate? Will the girl find personal happiness? And what role will the harp of her late mother, still standing in Lavanda's living room, play in this story?
