Kafka. The Metamorphosis

Franz Kafka is one of the most important world writers of the 20th century, whose unique style, infused with a mix of realism and fantasy, absurdity and existential fear, is known to every literature enthusiast. Most of the author's works... were published posthumously, including his major novels - «The Trial» and «The Castle».

The most famous novella by Kafka is «The Metamorphosis». The story of an ordinary traveling salesman, Gregor Samsa, who one day wakes up in the body of a disgusting insect. The reason for this is not revealed, and the plot focuses on Gregor's relationships with his family in these incredible circumstances. The work is filled with symbolism, characteristic images, and the true interpretation of the novella is still debated in literary circles. We have completely transferred the plot of «The Metamorphosis», maintaining a structure consisting of three parts, while the unique style of Tarantula has created a new reading of the recognized classic.
