The Spiritual Session of Countess Elskaya

The misty city of K., late 19th century. People are disappearing from the streets — without a trace, without a sound, without explanations. While the police insist on coincidences, Countess Elskaya, a medium and owner of a spiritual salon, receives ominous messages and senses that something supernatural is involved. Investigator Odoevsky is probing the disappearances, but real leads are dwindling, and the atmosphere grows more ominous each day. Can the dead reveal more than the living? Or does the city itself hide someone who hunts at night?
