Clue # 13

Investigator Anna Sterkhova arrived in St. Petersburg to inherit after the death of her aunt Rufy. She worked her whole life in the theater and took home discarded costumes. Anna decided to donate them to a museum, and soon she... received a call from there informing her that they found an old photo behind the lining of one of the costumes. After conducting some research, Anna realized that this was a post-mortem photograph of a girl imitating the image of a living person. Such practices were common in the early last century, but this photo was clearly taken much later… Anna discovered that the costume belonged to a talented actress, Tamila Teplyakova, but she was unable to speak with her. It turns out that she died during a performance, falling into a trapdoor under the stage that happened to be open! This occurred around the same time when the frightening photo was taken…
