The texts of the collection are illustrated by three Soviet and Russian artists. Yevgeny Tikhonovich Migunov (1921–2004) — an outstanding animator, a master of book graphics; he often worked in collaboration with science fiction writers. He depicted Bulichev's heroes for over forty years. Kira Alexeyevna Soshinskaya (1933–2022) — an architect by education, a writer and the wife of Kir Bulichev. Viktor Mikhailovich Mineev — a talented artist, involved in the design of various magazines and illustrated many works of world literature.
