Realizing that her measured life is pulling her in headfirst, Rebecca decides to move to the Big City, where her dream job awaits. But life is not a sweet song. On her way to the city, a vintage Cadillac crashes... into her car, leading to a quarrel with the flamboyant driver, and upon arrival, the desired job slips through her fingers. So Bex finds herself stuck in a temporary job at a music store, her recent aggressor—the Cadillac driver and local rock musician Chris—appears more and more often, and strange things begin to happen around her, which genuinely frighten her. Rebecca must find out who her stalker is in a city where she has no acquaintances at all, and if he even exists. She also needs to understand what is happening in her ambiguous relationship with Chris, as this guy is suspect number one.
