Marina died in a ridiculous manner by chance. At the moment of her demise, Death came for her, but the girl's soul refuses to leave this world. Despite all of Death's threats, she becomes the assistant of that very "old woman with the scythe". Under her guidance, Marina immerses herself in a world where she witnesses all sorts of deaths. She travels, meets different people, and encounters the most unusual and amusing situations.
But will Marina be able to overcome all obstacles and become the heir to Death itself, or will she still have to leave the familiar world and embark on a distant journey into the unknown?
