Evie Sage is happy to be the Villain's assistant. Who would have thought that working for the incredibly handsome (just don't tell anyone, it's bad for the image) Dark King would be so comfortable? But maintaining villainous activities takes a lot of energy, and the forces of good are annoyingly persistent. Plus, the boss is temporarily unavailable... Rennedon is in trouble, and all signs — including Kingsley — point to disaster. Something strange is happening with the kingdom's magic. Evie must protect the Villain's lair at all costs, his nefarious business, and possibly the entire kingdom. No pressure at all.
