This educational guide is dedicated to F.M. Dostoevsky—one of the most significant and well-known writers and thinkers in the world. The guide includes a 20-minute educational film and a reading book. The film provides insight into the life and work... of the great writer, as well as his complex, sometimes tragic fate. Here are clips from the feature films "Fyodor Dostoevsky" and "Crime and Punishment," as well as various documentary materials.
The book consists of two parts. The first part comprises the film script and post-text tasks. The second part is an adapted text of F.M. Dostoevsky's most famous novel "Crime and Punishment."
This guide is primarily intended for foreign students who possess a basic and I certification level of the Russian language, but it will also be useful for high school students and anyone interested in the Russian language and literature.
