When No One Was Watching

For twelve-year-old Cora Landry and her friends Violet and Jordyn, this could have been an ordinary sleepover: board games, a horror movie with popcorn, and chatter about boys.

But the sixth graders decide to sneak out of the house to head to an abandoned train depot at midnight to check out one of the scary urban legends. 

What seems like an innocent idea will turn into a real nightmare for many residents of the small town when Cora is found on the tracks barely alive, covered in blood, with a stab wound in her abdomen and a fractured skull.
