Brahmavihara-Dhamma

In the proposed book, the author reveals a systematic method for developing loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity toward all beings without exception, leading to the highest meditative absorptions (jhanas); it also explains the way to develop insight after emerging from meditation, through which practitioners realize the knowledge of the path and the fruit of entering the stream, once-returning, non-returning, and ultimately become arahants.
