Look Back

In October 2016, Colombian director Sergio Cabrera comes to Barcelona for a retrospective of his films. This is a difficult time for him: his father has just died, and his relationship with his wife is in deep crisis. Sergio has a few days to look back, to remember the events that made him who he really is. The Spanish Civil War, the Cultural Revolution in China, guerrilla warfare in Latin America – this is not just an abstract story, but a youth dedicated to the struggle for ideals. Sometimes life is more than a prolonged adventure. Especially if a person becomes a participant in historical events that changed the world.
