Turning Points in History. About the Past and Present: Informative and Humorous

Who are we? We are the authors of the community "Cat_Cat", or "Cats", as it is affectionately called. "Cat_Cat" is not just another gathering of simple history enthusiasts, but a real phenomenon of modern folk history. It is the largest conglomerate of authors in Runet, each of whom has the right to their own vision of history. We are not historians (for the most part), we do not aim to replace science, undermine scholars, or elevate ourselves to the pedestal of the most truthful and honest. Our task is to tell about what often remains only on the pages of lengthy monographs and detailed, but hard-to-access articles. Engaging in science is not easy. But everyone who is interested in world and domestic history deserves to know its achievements. Our readers are not obliged to understand the details, terms, dates, and complex theories. In the book "Turning Points in History", we have collected the brightest and most atypical events in world history. From antiquity to the space revolution, we can understand the point in history where we are right now.
