Ivan Alexandrovich Ilyin (1883 – 1954) – a Russian philosopher and publicist, predicted back in the middle of the last century that after the fall of "totalitarian communism" in Russia, a period of inevitable chaos and a lethal Western liberalism, uncharacteristic of it, would begin. But the "decaying democracy" will not last long – "honest patriots" will take power in the state.
