The heroes of Anna Pavlova wander through the labyrinths of illusions, emotional torments, and traumas. They color reality with intricate fantasies, battling childhood grievances, personal demons, and both their own and others' dark sides. Their journey towards the light is aided by psychiatrist Gera Grankin, who realizes that his own life is filled with fears, doubts, and unfulfilled desires. By communicating with his patients, Grankin learns to understand and accept himself, but his path is not easy either.
