Under one cover – a classic text of Pushkin's story "The Captain's Daughter" and a comic from contemporary artist ANNAISE!
This combo is prepared for readers who have just begun to discover Russian classics or for advanced readers who already love it and are not afraid of genre experiments.
The comic serves as a preface to the classic text, and then it acts as an epilogue to finalize it.
The hero of the comic is a spoiled teenager from the 90s.
His father sends him to Orenburg for re-education, "into exile."
The hero, of course, is dissatisfied, disappointed, and extremely skeptical.
On the plane, he meets a young man who gives him a copy of the book "The Captain's Daughter," and then mysteriously disappears right during the flight.
What awaits our hero in Orenburg and how A.S. Pushkin's story will affect him, you will find out in the first book of the series "Komilfo. Classics and Comics."
