Papa Dictator and Dog's Life

Everyone knows his name, for it is Papa Dictator, a world-renowned tyrant. He has a nuclear arsenal, usurped power, a bad temper, two children, and a palace with a pet zoo. Throughout eight issues of the comic, the Dictator fights with neighbors, blocks the internet, celebrates anniversaries, invents his ideology, and tries to raise his son and daughter, who see him as he is.
Conceived and drawn by German artist Mick, Papa Dictator has confounded those who cannot see the bitter truth behind the caustic joke – and vice versa – for ten years now.
