In his book, British Orientalist Henry Sagggs most fully presents the history of Babylon and Assyria from the late 4th to the early 3rd millennium BC. He examines the political structure of Mesopotamia, discusses the social and cultural life of society, particularly addressing aspects (such as economy or governance) that are rarely mentioned in other historical literature.
