A hundred years have passed since the fairy Lara last saved the world of Khetar from Darkness. Her youth and beauty are eternal. However, the years have taken many of her friends and relatives. Her influence is waning. Those who remember her deeds are becoming fewer. Even her great-grandson Kadarn, the dominus of Terra, denies magic. And all this time, Lara's son, the charming yet vile Lord of Dusk Kolgrim, patiently waits for his hour. But he will not repeat the mistake of his father, who unleashed war.
