Evil City

This city seemed to hold all the forces of the Russian Earth. And the Tatars had no choice but to exchange a hundred of their warriors for one Russian knight, storming the walls of Kozelsk again and again, which they called the "Evil City" for the steadfastness of its defenders. And blood was spilled, and man-made lightning fell from the fortress walls, and heroes, monsters, and people gathered in battle, fighting as mortals could not. And the time of battle flowed away.
