Wuthering Heights

Emily Brontë (1818–1848) is an English writer and poet, the author of the novel "Wuthering Heights," which was published in December 1847 and became a world masterpiece. "Wuthering Heights" is a novel that does not fit into the usual framework... of a love story. This work is about a fateful, destructive passion, in which love knows no boundaries, and vengeful impulses obscure reason. The action of the novel takes place on the heathlands of Northern England. The adopted son of the estate owner Heathcliff and Catherine Earnshaw, the daughter of the master, are bound by ties that go beyond friendship. Their connection is full of contradictions and suffering.
