This manual includes educational cards on the main medications (drugs) from the sections "Agents acting on the peripheral nervous system" and "Agents acting on the CNS." Each card contains a brief pharmacological characteristic of the drug: classification, mechanism of action,... main indications for use, contraindications, side effects, possible drug interactions, and dosage forms. The educational manual was developed by the Department of Pharmacology of the N.V. Sklifosovsky Institute of Clinical Medicine at the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov (Sechenov University) with the participation of the V.V. Zakusov Research Institute of Pharmacology and is intended as an additional resource for preparing for practical classes and intermediate assessments.
