Patience

Daniel Clowes is an American artist and writer, recipient of the PEN Center USA Literary Award "for outstanding contributions to the graphic novel art" and many awards in the field of comics named after Harvey Kurtzman and Will Eisner. In 2002, he was nominated for an Oscar in the category of "Best Adapted Screenplay" for the script of the film "Ghost World" based on his own comic.
This is the story of a young woman, Patience, whose promising future is interrupted by a mysterious murder, and her husband Jack, who travels through time with the obsessive idea of saving his beloved. Using the genre of science fiction as a foundation, Clowes addresses timeless questions: love, death, family, parenting, revenge, the nature of time and space.
