There will come a time when humanity will establish the power of spirit over physical flesh. No one will be sick, weak, and even a "hundred-year-old will die as a youth" (Isaiah 65:20). But for now, only we ourselves can take care of our health. Everyone must think, seek, choose, diligently and impartially studying their microcosm. A person has been given free will, which is why the most valuable understanding of the world is born from one's own flame — in the depths of a strong, brave, bold spirit. 

In this book, the author shares their personal experiences and knowledge acquired "thanks to" their own ailments. All the recipes mentioned in the book have been successfully tested by the author on themselves, their loved ones, children, and grandchildren. Of course, the author does not advocate for abandoning professional medical assistance and all medications but advises not to neglect the ancient wisdom and advice that can help improve spiritual and physical well-being without significant financial costs and negative side effects.
