Anna is a talented reproductive specialist who has devoted her life to helping people become parents in a world where natural conception has become impossible. IVF is humanity's last hope, but suddenly the world finds itself on the brink of disaster: international negotiations turn into a showcase trial against scientists capable of controlling the future of civilization.
