The Road

Through the ruins of post-apocalyptic America, through cold, hunger, and hordes of cannibals terrorizing the last survivors, a father and son travel to the southern coast. This is their only hope in a world where hope is almost extinct. But will they be able to reach their cherished goal?
The original novel by Cormac McCarthy won the Pulitzer Prize in 2007 and became a bestseller. In 2009, its first adaptation was released, a film starring Viggo Mortensen. Many Larsen presented his perspective on the already cult novel - a poignant and dramatic story about a dead world and a desperate pursuit of hope.
